The heiress is filming Paris Hilton's My New BFF in the United Arab Emirates, where she was instructed to observe custom and dress conservatively during her stay. Unfortunately Paris must not have realized that a bikini doesn't fit the bill, because within hours she was posing provocatively in her skimpy two-piece.
